Lorien joins our team as a landscape designer. She has been working in the field in Queenstown since 2021, after completing her Certificate in Horticulture in Landscape Design.

With several years of experience in horticulture, Lorien possesses a good ecological understanding of the relationship between plants and Otago’s diverse environment. This knowledge directs her designs, ensuring they are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also successful and sustainable. In landscape architecture, she values simplicity, flow and working with landform to create beautiful, functional landscapes.

Outside of work she enjoys a bird’s eye view of the Southern Alps while paragliding, along with many other mountain activities.
