Rebecca Joyce joined RMM Landscape Architects in 2014 as the Office Manager, following the retirement of Peter Rough. Bringing a wealth of experience from her previous role as a legal executive at a local law firm, and drawing on her decade as a stay-at-home mom, Rebecca has seamlessly integrated these diverse skill sets into her work at RMM.

Over the years, Rebecca’s role has evolved in step with the growth of the company. Initially responsible for the daily administrative operations, she has transitioned into the role of Accounts Manager, where her keen organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are put to excellent use. This shift allowed Sinead Purchase to assume the position of Office Manager in 2023, further solidifying the robust support structure within RMM.

Rebecca thrives in the dynamic and collaborative environment at RMM. She values the strong team culture and enjoys working alongside a group of dedicated and talented professionals. Her ability to manage complex accounts and her understanding of the legal and administrative aspects of the business have been instrumental in supporting RMM’s operations and growth.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Rebecca enjoys a well-rounded personal life. She loves walking her black Labrador, Lulu, and spending quality time with family and friends. Her hobbies include cross-stitch, reformer Pilates, and reading, which provide a creative and relaxing counterbalance to her work. Additionally, she cherishes the simple pleasures of relaxing at home, embracing moments of tranquility amidst her busy schedule.

Rebecca’s comprehensive experience, combined with her dedication and proactive approach, make her an invaluable member of the RMM team.
