Lorien Kaack joined RMM Landscape Architects' Wānaka studio in 2024, bringing a fresh perspective and a passion for creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. Her journey in landscape design began with a Certificate in Horticulture Landscape Design from the Southern Institute of Technology, which she completed in 2021. She launched her career in Queenstown in early 2022, quickly developing a reputation for her innovative and practical planting designs.

Lorien has a deep-seated interest in creating designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also well-suited to the unique climatic challenges of the Otago region. Her background in horticulture has given her a comprehensive understanding of the diverse requirements of the area, allowing her to create tailored solutions that thrive in local conditions.
