Holly Lewis joined RMM Landscape Architects in 2023 after completing her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture at Lincoln University. During her studies, Holly gained practical experience as a student intern at RMM's Wānaka office, where she contributed to various projects and honed her skills in landscape architecture.

Holly’s final year project at university focused on enhancing the holistic health (Hauora) of the landscape, integrating cultural, ecological, and community health aspects. This project was based in Rotorua's 'Kuirau Park,' New Zealand’s only free geothermal park, presenting unique challenges due to the dynamic and unstable nature of the geothermal landscape. Holly's work in this project demonstrated her ability to navigate complex environmental conditions and develop innovative design solutions that promote overall well-being.

At RMM, Holly is eager to apply and expand the skills she developed during her academic journey. She is enthusiastic about working on a diverse range of projects, aiming to create landscapes that are not only beautiful but also sustainable and beneficial to the community.

Outside of work, Holly is passionate about outdoor activities. She loves spending time in the mountains, skiing, and tramping, which allows her to draw inspiration from the natural world. Additionally, she values quality time with friends and family, fostering strong connections that influence her approach to community-centered design.

Holly's blend of academic knowledge, practical experience, and a deep appreciation for the natural environment makes her a promising and dedicated member of the RMM team.
