Claire McAuley’s journey with RMM Landscape Architects began in 2017 when she joined as a part-time intern during her final year of study at Lincoln University. Her early exposure to the firm set the foundation for her professional growth in landscape architecture. In 2022, Claire rejoined RMM, bringing her extensive experience from working across the top of the South Island, and she is now an integral part of the Nelson RMMLA studio.

Claire is passionate about collaborating within a team to deliver creative and tailored design solutions for clients across a range of project scales. She thrives on delving into the details of each project, ensuring that every design is unique and thoughtfully executed. Her dedication to understanding the specific needs and contexts of her projects enables her to develop responses that are both innovative and practical.

Outside the office, you can often find her near the ocean, preferably in warmer climates, where she enjoys the serenity and inspiration the sea provides. Claire also has a passion for gardening, where she finds joy in nurturing and creating green spaces.
