Oneoneroa, Wai‐o‐Roka development practical completion

Our Auckland Studio recently undertook an inspection to mark the end of Practical Completion of Landscape Works for the Oneoneroa — Wai‐o‐Roka development in Belmont, on Auckland’s North Shore.
This project comprises a 350‐lot medium density development on surplus Navy land in Belmont, Auckland. Named Oneoneroa after the local bay it overlooks, the development was approved in 2016 under the Special Housing Accord.
RMM has been engaged since 2018, beginning with the Concept Design of stages 1A to 1F and Stage 2A‐1 to Stage 2A‐3 to obtain Resource Consent. We were subsequently engaged for the developed and detailed design for Stages 1A and 1B (total 13 units), followed by contract observation.
RMM worked in collaboration with Brewer Davidson Architects and Aurecon.
